View Controls allow the user to change either access level or record view.

 

The view controls change depending on access level. Only higher level access users will see all 4 options. Default is highest access level.

The top 4 buttons can change all records viewed to either :

  • All Records - for principal level etc
  • Sub school - Junior, Middle or Senior school records.
  • Year Level - One year level only.
  • Home Group - for Home Group teachers.

The bottom 2 buttons can display records for either the current year or all years. Default is Current Year.

The box down the bottom displays the selected options.
