In the my documents section users can add, edit and view documentation that they have contributed. New contributed documentation can be seen in the picture below.

Document types are: Help, Student Information, General Staff, General Help, Staff Information, Year Level Document etc ad different types can be added.

Area: Currently there are General Information and Help Documentation but new Areas can be added.

Level: Controls access to documents by other staff.

To add a new document

Click the Add New Documentation Tab and a new window opens.

There are a number of fields to select which are:

  • Document Type
  • Area
  • Level
  • Access
  • Document Title
  • Document description
  • Notes

All fields with asterix must be filled.

At the bottom of the page an image can be added or a file uploaded. The browse button allows the user to browse their own documents.


Spell check and Save or Back to List options are available. The form must be save prior to exiting.

Documents can be added continually.
