The maintenance desk is a trouble ticket system that maintenance staff can use to action maintenance issues for users.
To add items to the maintenance desk firstly select add new maintenance item from the side menu.
Then fill in each of the required boxes. Start with the type of problem.
Then fill in each box
And add your location
When lodged an email
is sent to maintenance staff and the user and the item is displayed in the My Maintenance Items tab.
When the maintenance task is actioned the user is informed by email and the status changes.
