Helpdesk items are actioned by IT staff. This is done by selecting Tech Helpdesk Items link in the main menu.
The list of all tech tasks is visible. They are sorted by status and then date. Status is colour coded.
Select edit to action an event or view to see an event.
Complete each box and change the status to resolved when complete.
Click save to submit and an email is then sent to the user that lodged the event.
