The helpdesk is a trouble ticket system that IT staff can use to action IT technical support to users.
To add items to the helpdesk firstly select add new helpdesk item from the side menu.
Then fill in each of the required boxes. Start with the type of problem.
Then fill in each box
And add your location
When lodged an email
is sent to IT staff and the user and the item is displayed in the My Helpdesk Items tab.
When the helpdesk task is actioned the user is informed by email and the status changes.
