Higher Access level users can add or edit the types of behaviours, staff actions and follow up actions. This is available above the Incidents and Events as three extra tabs See below.

On click Edit Event types the user is able to add, edit or view a type of behaviour. Add is a tab at the top, edit or view are selected from the side.

On selecting the Add new type button the following screen is seen

Give the Type of Behaviour a name, details (extra description) and make the status Negative action for events. Click save when done.

To add a new Staff Action click Add New from the staff action tab. See Below for the screen:

Staff actions and admin actions can be Negative (available only for incidents), Positive (available only for achievements and virtues), Virtuous (available only for virtues) or Neutral (available for all). Again click save when finished.
