The IT administrator can add new helpdesk item descriptions to the helpdesk. This is only visible to the IT administrator as an extra tab on the IT admin screen.
Select it to list the items and to configure.
The Create new Helpdesk Area button at the top can be selected to create a new description.
Fill in each category and a default technician can be selected. Class needs to stay as 10 but priority can change.
