The principal and maintenance crew can add new maintenance item descriptions to the maintenance desk. This is only visible to the principal and maintenance crew as an extra tab on the Maintenance admin screen.
Select it to list the items and to configure.
The Create new Maintenance Area button at the top can be selected to create a new description.
Fill in each category and a default maintenance worker can be selected. Class needs to stay as 10 but priority can change.
