Actioning Own Incidents

Any user can action their own incidents.
This can be done from the follow up action menu My Incident Records.

1. First Select follow up action from your My Incident Records page. This is available from the home page and by selecting the My Incident Records Tab.
Note that staff actions, follow up actions and details can be added. Progress is colour coded with entered first as a sorting preference. Each of the links can give more detail by mouse over or clicking. | |
| 2. To action your own incident select Add new follow up action. | |

3. Select some type of follow up action. This can be repeated more than once once, saved and added to or updated at any time. | |

4. Finally select what stage th action is up to. Entered (Red) In progress (Blue) or Resolved (Black) | |

5. Click save and on return the event status is updated and at this point new follow up actions can be added.
Once the event is updated - emails are sent coordinator, subschool manager and teacher. | |
