Configuring Incidents

Only a user with higher level accedd can action other people's incidents (principal, subschool manager, year level coordinator or home group teacher). This is done by selecting incidents and events from the menu options only available to those groups.

1. Select Incidents and Events from the menu. Image:Otherincidents1.PNG

2. On the page each incident can be seen in order of Progress and then date.

Each group has different events depending on access level - eg home group teacher sees home group only, year level sees only their year level etc.

Click on Add Followup to action an incident.
