There are 40 access levels built in to RightTrack.

The access level controls what can be seen and done from within the program.

All users have access to The top level menu and pages:

IT administrators and maintenance staff have access to the following expanded pages

Principals, subschool managers, year level coordinators and home group teachers have access to the following

The amount of access from within the program is also scaled according to access level. Access level is set in the staff directory and can only be altered by the IT administrator, Office Administrator or principal.

To change staff access - go to Staff Directory. If the user has access to this then three extra tabs appear.

Click on staff access and then edit a staff member

Access Level is changed using the pull down box.

If a staff member is a year level coordinator then put the appropriate year level in the year level box.

If a staff member is a subschool manager then put the appropriate subschool in the subschool box. (S is senior, M is middle, J is Junior).

If a staff member is a home group teacher then put the appropriate home group in the home group box.
